Harley-Davidson Final Assembly Plant.jpgHarley-Davidson Final Assembly Plant - Kansas City, Missouri offer the tours center which features a series of displays to guide you through the various manufacturing and assembly processes necessary to complete the wonderful Harley-Davidson.

First off you will see a film about the production. Following the film you will go to the factory floor to see the operations from welding, laser-cutting and frame-bending, to polishing and wheel assembly. You’ll see fenders and gas tanks being formed, newly painted frames hanging on the line, and sophisticated robotic welding technology. The complete process will be shown to the visitor to see the completed Harley-Davidson.

With the interest in the Harley-Davidson being so strong, the plant is gracious to allow tours to get an up close and personal view of the wonders of Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Location: 11401 N Congress, Kansas City, Missouri

Tour Schedule
Tours are free and last approximately one hour.

Tours begin at regular intervals between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended that you arrive early in the day for best availability.

Tours are not offered on weekends, major holidays, or during production changes and year-end maintenance.

    Hi,
    The tour center opens at 9:00. First tour is about 9:15 and last one at 1:30. Tours are free.
    Open House Sept 5 and 6th. 8:00-4:00

    I just bought a 2008 Dyna Screaming Eagle 110 C.I. I would like to find out how many were made in 2008 and painted Cobalt Blue with pinstrip flames, and Silver Streaks . I am really happy with the bike it has all the custom features I always wanted . The C.V.O. people did a wonderful job on my Eagle tell them thanks for me ;=} This is my second new Harley that I have purchased in the pass 4 yrs. and my best . Thank you for reading what’s on my mind , have a beautiful day
