Located in St. James, Missouri in the midst of the scenic Ozark Highland area you will experience the enjoyment of quality wines.
Meramec Vineyards produces American varietal wines based on vitis labrusca grapes, as well as the American varietal, Norton, and Euro tradition blends produced from French-American hybrid grapes.
Meramec Vineyards was founded in 1980 with a 15 acres Concord vineyard first planted by the Tessaros, one of the original Italian families. This area of the state was founded by the Italians and the heritage and strength of these ancestors has followed down the generations to the people that make great wine at Meramec Vineyards today.
Visitors can tour and taste, enjoy the bistro, a gift shop of wine and food related items, purchase original art from local artists. There is a tasting room, a bistro where you are enticed to try the wonderful selections on the menu, a production facility where the wine is produced. All this in St. James, Missouri.

Directions: From Rolla:
Take I-44 Exit 195 (St. James). Turn left onto Highway 68, Cross the Interstate and make an immediate right onto State Route B at the first stoplight (Mobile Station). Go down State Route B one mile to Meramec Vineyards on the right. We’re the brown wood building with the green roof.
From St. Louis:
Take I-44 Exit 195 (St. James). Turn right onto Highway 68 and make another right onto State Route B at the stoplight (Mobil Station). Go down State Route B one mile to Meramec Vineyards on the right. We’re the brown wood building with the green roof.
