Museum of Transportation - St. Louis, Missouri More than 300 pieces including steam, diesel and electric locomotives, passenger and freight cars, automobiles, streetcars, buses and aircraft.
Explore one of the largest collections of transportation vehicles in the world. They display over seventy real locomotives, intriguing cars, buses, and trolleys dating back to the turn of the century, an aircraft or two, and some interesting riverboat material.
Museum of Westward Expansion - St. Louis, Missouri Explore the world of the American Indians and the 19th-century pioneers who helped shape the history of the American West at this museum located beneath the Arch. Contains an extensive collection of artifacts related to the westward expansion of the U.S.
Old Courthouse - St. Louis, Missouri Scene of the Dred Scott trial. Galleries depict the history of St. Louis from its French and Spanish roots to its role in westward expansion. Trial reenactments.
The original courthouse was constructed of brick in the Federal style of architecture and completed in 1828. the courthouse was outgrown ten years after it opened. A second courthouse was designed by architect Henry Singleton, which incorporated the original courthouse as the east wing of the building.
The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts - St. Louis, Missouri Through exhibitions, its building and its program collaborations with other arts institutions, the Pulitzer seeks to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of art in the context of architecture.
Saint Louis Art Museum - St. Louis, Missouri Built as the Fine Arts Palace of the 1904 World’s Fair and one of the nation’s leading comprehensive art museums. Collections include works of art of exceptional quality from virtually every culture and time period. Highlights include free admission to special exhibitions on Fri. and programs that range from films to performances.

Historic Sappington House Museum - Crestwood, Missouri built by slaves in 1880 it is now on the National Historic Register.
This house is the oldes brick home in the St. Louis area, located in Crestwood.
Included in the complex housing the Sappington House are a restaurant and library. The Library of Americana, includes resources on American History and Decorative Arts.
Soldiers’ Memorial Military Museum - St. Louis, Missouri honors the soldiers who lost their lives in the quest for peace and safety of our country.
The museum is flanked by four Bedford stone sculptures by Walker Hancock. They represent virtues in a soldier’s life-courage and vision stand at the south stairs and loyalty and sacrifice stand at the north stairs. Ornamental pylons on the terrace level name major World War I battles in which St. Louisans participated.
Anheuser-Busch Tours - St. Louis, Missouri The free tours are offered and for those that are over age 21 there is free sampling in the hospitality room at the conclusion of the tour. See how the beer is made in the Brew House suilt in 1891, visit the Beechwood Aging Cellars, and the state of the art packaging facility.
American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog - St. Louis, Missouri is home to the world’s finest collection of art devoted to the dog. The 14,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes historic Jarville House (1853), displays over 500 original paintings, drawings, watercolors, prints, sculptures in bronze and porcelain, and a variety of decorative arts objects depicting man’s best friend throughout the age.
