Is There a Safe and Proven Method to Weight Loss ?
As time slips away it appears so out of control that you have to ask , "Is there a natural and proven way to weight loss lose weight ?" The question deserves a deeper look because whether realized or not the term weight loss doesn't hit the mark. At first you may disagree but did you ever think about it, weight loss? Did you ever think what those words mean together ?
What people who needs to lose weight really have been trying to do for years in most cases is reduce fat from their bodies . None of us have any desire to lose muscle and we surely don't want to reduce the amount of bone weight we have. So the focus for all overweight people is to get that unnecessary, bulky and unhealthy fat off their bodies. You have to admit that this is closer to the truth of what is desired. So let's use the word fat instead of weight.
And now draw your attention to the word lose. It's hard not to want to find once again what we lose. If something is lost we our initial response is to look for it, are relieved if someone accomplishes the search for us and delivers it to where it belongs or we are hurt could be the last time we see it. If I am wrong on this point, we would simply pay it no mind and go on to the nest thing. So let's replace the word lose with reduce, eliminate, let go of, throw away, etc. You can do that even if it's just for now.
Rewind to where we started to the original thought in the title; Is There a Safe and Proven Method to Weight Loss ? Simply put, yes. It has been in place back with the first few paragraphs . It's in thinking in a way that creates the response you desire. As soon as we we recognize the feelings and behavior about food , we can then change the results we get physically about the way we use food . We as a whole have become blind to our addiction to food and don't even know why . There are deep underlying reasons why we abuse food . And whether you want to accept it or now we are not eating as nature intended if we are unhealthy, overweight or obese . If we were all using food naturally and ate in a healthy manner , the combined weight in our society would drop enough to almost impact the spin of the Earth on its axis . That may not be entirely true but give it some thought how much fat would be released if almost everyone was physically fit? Just imagine it!
Using hypnosis for weight loss, mind based reframing techniques regardless what it's called is becoming part of mainstream acceptance the truth is becoming more recognized that it works. Unless the subconscious programming why we keep eating in ways that is causing problems are brought to light can there be change . And it's not as if we don't know that these engrained patterns is when we do something enough times that it eventually becomes automatic, subconscious. The problem is we aren't able to act in the actions that will end the misery long enough for it to produce a habit because we are trying to do so with the same tired approach with will power, conscious force. If that had any impact on success for the majority of us not many people would be fat and have health issues or be embarrassed, unhealthy or harming themselves which has become an epidemic while spending so much money, time and emotion to simply "lose weight."
Awareness and truth is a must , if we are to become of a healthier mindset and emotional well being that the the storehouse for emotion and irrational and unhealthy behavior needs to be focused on, not the body . It wasn't focusing on the body that got it fat. It was distracting ourselves from the real problem that lies within and/or filling emotional voids that got our collective weight to to be more than any society before us. It wasn't because we felt fantastic, proud, confident and loved and then began the self punishment food train while rationalizing the behavior though getting unhealthier. No, we turned off our attention to self and ate ourselves into this present problem , which is now called an epidemic, all because of self pity or a natural emotional need that's missing. The painful truth is that this approach didn't do anything good in any way. The prescriptions for weight loss and fad diets and everything else the $40 Billion weight loss industry continually bombards us with has proven not to work and cause even more pain and misery. Use the safe, natural and proven effective approach of working with your emotions and subconscious mind to bring you back to the natural way you began that will end this cycle of pain and physical harm .
